Resolved: Reports Inbox Status Stuck in “Requested”

We are experiencing issues with reports in StayNTouch Cloud PMS, whereby reports in the Reports Inbox remain in “Requested” status. We are addressing this issue, and StayNTouch Cloud PMS will continue to refresh this status every 10-15 minutes until the reports process and become available. We will share an update once resolved.
