To further enhance our security of data at rest, StayNTouch will be performing proactive maintenance on several backend databases on February 15, 2020, at 11pm EST for EU instances. During the maintenance window of approximately 90 minutes, there will be a delay in PMS reporting/exporting of data, and it will affect search and retrieval of guest card details for some guests for no longer than 40 minutes.
