OOO/OOS Filter in Room Status Screen

Currently there is a filter to only show OOO/OOOS rooms in Room status, but there is no filter to EXCLUDE OOO/OOS rooms when looking at rooms. For example, if a hotel has 100+ rooms that are in OOO and they are all Vacant Dirty, when applying a filter to view Vacant Dirty Rooms there is no way to exclude the OOO/OOS rooms from showing. For larger hotels that have heavy usage of OOO/OOS function, this is challenging to view and manage.  Submitted on behalf of Showboat Hotel
