Allow the ability to add Fees to non payment charge codes

Charge codes configured by selecting system defined charge code type 'Fees' are available for selection under ‘Fees’ list of values from any charge code. However, the Fees generate only on payment charge codes as intended in the current implementation.

1 -  Could you please allow posting of Fees on non payment charge codes as well to allow automatic posting of fees when a parent charge code is posted? For example, when posting No Show Revenue also post the fee linked to the No Show charge code.

2 -  Until item 1 above is completed, please change the ‘Fees’ label in charge code settings to indicate its current intended use as Credit Card Payment Fee.
