A way to view Arrival/Departure counts by room type

Showboat Hotel would like an easy to view total arrivals/departures by roomtype. Currently, you can only see total rooms sold by room type, but there is no easy way to just get a count of how many arrivals/departures the hotel has by room type. Showboat is a very large hotel with often heavy check out days with low arrivals. Frequently hundreds of rooms might be dropped and not cleaned on departure day. Housekeeping needs to be able to ensure that enough rooms are cleaned for specific room types to ensure they have enough clean rooms to cover arrivals.
