Option to Schedule Cancellation & No Show Report in PDF format

The latest Release notes have added cancellation and no-show reports to the scheduled report but the report is only available in CSV format which requires reformatting if it needs to be printed.
An option to schedule the report in PDF version will help for a quick printing without wasting time in reformatting to fit it in one page.
