Display exact amount without rounding in the charge group summary section of bills

Per current implementation, the breakdown by charge group is rounded. 

Navigate to Stay card>Bill& Charges>View Bill # that has multiple charges.

Notice that the summary by charge group for the the given bill is always rounded to a whole number. 

For example, a Miscellaneous posting of 20.50 x 3= 61.50  

Bill summary screen displays as 62.00 under Miscellaneous.
