We are looking to have implemented the "collect signature
command to be sent to the PIN Pads at check in". Our hotel is getting a ton of charge backs which we are losing because we don't have a guest signature taken at check in. I have spoken with your Technical team as well as our CSM who suggested I go this route. I can only assume that were not the only hotel going through this issue and anything you can do to expedite this request would be greatly appreciated. Our EMV machines have the capability to ask for guest signatures but, they stated they can not do so until SNT activates this on their end and sends the command to the EMV machines.
