Under Canvas would greatly benefit from this feature.
Hotel Zelos, Hotel Zetta and Hotel Zeppelin would also LOVE this feature! It would allow us to completely delete all duplicate/test/inactive cards just sitting in the system. The ability to delete cards would greatly help with linking companies and travel agents to their correct cards (no more dupes would pop up). ****Much needed to keep our systems clean and up to date****

In September 2018 a feature request was entered "Ability to delete company & Agent": It would be easy to keep the database clean if we can delete company and agent cards
This request has been incorrectly labelled by the SNT team as "Implemented" - 11 months ago.
A merge function is useful indeed, but is rather different from a delete - or active/inactive toggle.
Sometimes companies are entered in error or for test purposes and there is no reason to keep these records active.
