Trigger Zest Check-In Emails Immediately for Same Day Bookings
That will be a great option to have. We have just started using the SCAN ID Option and that will make it so much easier for guests to scan their own IDs once they are at the lobby too

We currently do not use the Zest check-in email, but considering same-day reservations would also be helpful e.g. when charging the credit cards (more automated runs, not just during night audit).
McAllister and Sportsman's lodge would like to see this feature as well.

Sentral would like the same feature. The current workaround by generating Reservation by User report requires constant monitoring, leaving guest not being sent the pre-check in email. It would help tremendously to automate this process.
I'm delighted to share that we recently enhanced this functionality!
If a same-day arrival reservation is made after the designated send time(s), Stayntouch will automatically trigger the email to the guest upon reservation creation if the email address field was filled in with a valid address during the initial guest card creation process.
NOTE: An email will not automatically trigger to a guest who did not have their correct email on file during the initial guest card selection (if already existing) or creation process. If an email is added on the Guest Details & Payment screen or on the stay card, an email will not be sent automatically. If a new guest card is added to the stay card, it will not be sent automatically.

We send Zest Check-In Emails at 3pm the day before arrival and again on arrival day at noon. Anyone who books a same day reservation after the noon Zest Check-In email does not get the ability to check in via the email unless we manually send them the email from Settings, Zest, Check In. Can we set the system to automatically trigger Zest Check-In emails for same day bookings?
