Yes, please! We are definitely using the flags for this but something more proactive would be great. As it stands today, we have to manually look at each reservation to see if it was previously flagged (very inefficient).

The option to flag a guest works okay, but an alert would be even better.
Would it also be possible to add guests to a so called ''black list''"?
So when we enter the name or a reservation with that name comes in to the system the system gives an alert that these guests are not welcome.
So a new reservation cannot be made or enter the system.
What would be great is if the reason why this guest is on the black list would also show up.
