Changing length of stay

Traditionally, once a guest was checked in, any length of stay or occupancy changes would mean a guest would go to the front desk to arrange the changes. 


OTAs are now allowing changes to active (in house) reservations. However, when the reservation updates in Rover, we reject it because the reservation is already checked in. 


Can we allow for updates for in house reservations via an external system?

it would be great to add this function as primarily AirBnB is allowing guests to adjust their stay dates. With the cancellation policies more relaxed during the COVID times, guests have more flexibility to make these changes and as a result of Rover's setting - these messages are being rejected.
