default adults to 2 on reservation screen

On the River Inn would like to the system to have the option to default to 2 Adults/double occupancy when creating a reservation.
Tottington Manor has requested the same, to be able to set 2 adults as default while quoting price or making reservation.
Or Maybe Just show both with the single occupancy in brackets i.e £165 (£150) that should be easier to code

KRC would like the ability to default the number of adults from 1 to 2 on the new reservation screen
