we recently noticed some confusion with our guests who have an "umlaut" in their name (ä/ö/ü).
Ideally, the guests should be able to search for their name with both versions during Zest check-in:
e.g. MÜLLER vs. MUELLER (no matter if it's written MÜLLER or MUELLER in Rover)
(additional note: ä = ae, ö = oe, ü = ue)
As discussed in ticket 62721, the search for MULLER would work, but the guests wouldn't think of searching for MULLER as this is not the correct spelling.
