Can we get an option to hide room rates, when the room revenue is being routed to bill 2?
Basically all non routed charges need to have payment collected at check in, and we don't want the rate disclosed to the guest.
Actual Example:
Guest purchase a special rate via Groupon which is prepaid.
Guest is still responsible for settling the city taxes.
Currently:
When the guest checks in via Zest Station, if the Rate is NOT Suppressed > The guest sees the full rate
When the guest checks in via Zest Station, if the Rate IS Suppressed > The guest sees balance due = 0
However, the guest needs to settle the taxes directly with the hotel. These taxes remain on bill 1 (excluded from billing instructions.)
