On the deposit rule, if you select "apply to all" then ALL reservations get this deposit rule, regardless of whether there is a deposit rule on the rate itself or not.
This logic seems to work the wrong way round. We feel it should be use the "apply to all" IF the rate code itself does not have a rule. This seems more efficient.
With the current logic, we need to attach a deposit rule to EVERY SINGLE RATE CODE, even though just ONE rate needs to have a different deposit rule. So we are attaching a deposit rule to 99 rates manually, because rate #100 needs to have a different rule.
