On behalf of Margaritaville Lake Conroe. At check in the agents are being extra diligent about knowing how many adults there are in a room. For guests to get extra keys they have to add the extra adults. However, when adding an extra adult, when Rover prompts the user about the rate difference it is adding the extra adult amount to the current rate amount vs the actual rate amount the guest booked.
For example, say a guest books a room for arrival on June 1st. They made the reservation for BAR back in April for two adults and the rate for BAR at that time was 249.00. Now on June 1st BAR rate is set at 349.00. At check in the agent adds an extra adult to the room, BAR Rate is configured to add an extra $25 for 3 or more people to the rate. But it is adding the 25 to the current rate for BAR of 349. So the agent gets the prompt that the rate should be 374, but in reality, it should be 274 because they booked the room at 249.
