Default demographic values on rate codes need to populate to groups as they do staycards

Currently the default demographics defined on a rate code do not populate to the demographics on the group summary tab when the rate is used. 


Please allow the default values to populate as we allow for on staycards.

This would be very helpful.  The demographics defined in the rate code should auto-populate.  We should also still retain the ability to edit the demographics.
