Would like to set up a logic to have dynamic rate management. As we are seasonal, we need to capitalize on every incoming dollar. Was thiking to have the rates increase as occupancy increases: At 75% rates increase 5%, at 85% rates increase 5%, at 95% rates increase add 5%. If open 48hrs prior, drops to original price.
