SiteMinder experienced issues with expired certificates between 7:30am EDT and 1:30pm EDT on May 30, 2020. This blocked all SiteMinder connections being sent from and to StayNTouch during this period. Certificates have now been fixed by SiteMinder, and communication has resumed.
