Resend Reservation Cancellation Email

On all of the cancelled reservations in our system, we don't have a button that says "cancellation", we only have a button for "billing and charges" and to "reinstate reservation". We have the opportunity to send a cancellation email when we the cancellation is made, but after that point there is no button or option to resend the cancellation email.

Please make available the cancellation email for cancelled reservations too.
