We use SynXis Voice Agent as our booking engine. In it, we are able to set up differing nightly rates within a single reservation. We have a current group that has 3 different nightly rates. However, when those reservations integrate into Rover it doesn't recognize the differing rates and will only post the rate of the first night, to all nights. As a result, we have to manually override each reservation in Rover to reflect the correct nightly rates. Granted, this isn't something that occurs that often but it would make it so much easier for future groups and add some flexibility to our nightly rate structures.
It also causes a struggle to the guest since they are receiving an initial confirmation email when the reservation integrates reflecting the incorrect rates and then yet another confirmation once the rates have been adjusted correctly.
Many thanks for your time and consideration. William

Hello William, thanks very much for your feedback. Would you be please able to give as an example of an active group and reservations that we could investigate further?
