This is being added to the guest dataspace- field and filter. Soon to be released.

Yes, agree. We need a report for VIP and Flagged guests.

VIP and Flagged guests (as well as the note/reason they were flagged) are already available in the Guests custom exports. VIP is also available in the Reservations custom exports.
