Commissionable amount is including tax charges for custom Group Rates

When a custom rate is applied in a Group Summary, because there is no rate code attached and therefore no specific charge codes, the TA commission is calculated on the entire rate amount and not just on the net Room Rate amount. Therefore, is it possible that we can have a setting implemented similar to the check boxes on rates so that custom rates can also calculate commission on the net room rate? Another option could be to have a field in the group Summary next to custom rate to specify the default charge code for room posting and commission could be calculated on that charge code.
