Selecting Credit Cards for the Cancellation Option

I agree, that would be nice to have.
But: depending on the legislation in your country, you might only be allowed to refund money to a credit card which you have charged.
So here we wouldn't be allowed to do so, even though it's a good idea. That would need to be country specific then.

Hi there,
We recently had a guest cancel and get refunded with a second, newer, credit card on file and the guest wanted the refund on the new card. I clicked the "cancel reservation" option and was shown the "Proceed Without Refund" and "Refund Deposit ($____)". When I clicked the latter option, the refund went through but the older, incorrect, card was chosen automatically.
It'd be great to be able to select the card to be refunded with that feature.
