Would it be possible to get a up after the last step of sending the invoice during self check out to their email addresses to provide the link to the Revinate Survey and to be able fill it in straight away? Thus that the guest will be asked directly to fill in the survey before completing the full check out. Perhaps a smaller version of our already existing survey.

Hi Larissa,

While this is still not set up as a separate screen you can add, you can now achieve this a few ways with various releases over the years -

Use Guest Mobility Translations feature to add text prompting the guest to complete the survey
Add a link to the Dynamic Email Template for mobile check out (this will prompt them before rather than after)
Add a QR code to the guest invoice footer with the link so that when guests are reviewing their invoice post-stay they can easily complete the survey
