Rover PMS does have Merge Card functionality! You can review what we posted on the release notes when this feature was delivered last year here: https://stayntouch.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/24000045133--rover-pms-release-notes-v5-11-7-august-2019

Is there a way to merge company profiles once you've made sure that there are no upcoming reservations being attached to either one or both of the companies?
