Marking a Guest Card "Black Listed" (No Book List)

Currently in our hotel, we have been using the Notes tab on a Guest Card to try and make staff aware that a guest is not welcome at the Hotel, after an incident occurs.
We are curious if it would be possible to add a function to the Guest Card to make it Pop Up as "Flagged" (maybe red in color) when/if the guest tries to book another reservation. I think it would be a useful function to have for everyone to stay aware of any issues that may arise with unfavorable guests. Is there a possibility of making Switch Button, like the VIP one on the Guest Card to activate a Flagged Guest or Black List them?
