Zest Web Emails Languages

Dear SNT team, 

Currently, the zest web pre check in/out emails can be partially customazed with our own texts and descriptions. For exemple, the addons description can be configured in another language, as the email bottom texts ('call us at', 'privacy policy', ...) or even the email button text. Most of it can be changed in Settings>Zest.

But in fact, not ALL the process can be in only one language. For exemple, the first page of the pre check journey, asks for a departure date or the last 4 digits of the CC used for the reservation. Not everything in this page or the following ones can be translated in another language. I attached screenshots to illustrate my point.

Moreover, the system doesn't allow us to switch between french(or another language)/english in the settings. If we changed the texts, it is applied for all the emails, and can't be personalized, depending of the guest's nationality. If the guest is french, the email is automatically sent in french, otherwise it is sent in english.

As a french group, our hotels is welcoming mostly french guests. It should be great and more logical if the emails sent to them are in their own language.

Can you, according to this request, develop a feature to allow us the translation for all the zest web emails that are sent to the guest? (pre check in/ pre check out/ room key delivery/ ...).
