Delete / Inactive AR Accounts

If an AR Account has been used, we are not allowed to delete the account.


Please introduce an 'inactive' button on the card for the AR Account, or something similar - so that;


1) These cards aren't returned when searching for agent/company cards with AR accounts when doing routing

2) When searching in Financials > Accounts Receivables we can have a check box to display/not display 'inactive' AR Accounts. By default we do not want to see inactive accounts.


Alternatively, if the balance is zero on the AR Account allow the account to be deleted.


Currently we have a lot of accounts returning in a search, with no way of knowing that the account actually shouldn't be used.

I second this! I would like to only be viewing the accounts that are active, and I only want my team to be able to select from active accounts.

The suggestion for 2) is now released; default display is now only for accounts with a balance. Here are the release notes.
