Create key function only after check-in

Hereby I would like to request removal of a function in the SNT Staycards.

Currently it is possible to make keys for guests whose reservation is not checked in yet. Due to this possibility, it sometimes happens that keys are made prior to checking in guests. We constantly remind our team not to do this.

To completely remove even the possibility for a human error, it would be greatly appreciated if it could be turned off that we can make working keys for reservations that are not checked in yet and only be able to create keys once the guest is checked in.

I hope you agree and help us out with this function. It would greatly assist in our quality as well as customer experience :)

Please only as an option.

For group reservations, our hotels need to make the keys before C/I.

I love this idea. We have had an issue with some team members making keys without fully checking guests in.

If this could be a restricted ability, that would be amazing! It could be made so that only users with certain permissions can make keys for rooms without being fully checked in, or it could be toggled on or off for the whole property.
