Group Block and Pick Up Report - MUST have the ORIGINAL BLOCK

In the group blocks, we enter an ORIGINAL block of rooms, but, over time, as the group washes and the inventory held is released, then the pick up and the block become a 100% match.
That however is not accurate. The pick up and the block in the existing report becomes useless because it would appear they are 100% in synch.
So, please add a column that tracks the data as originally loaded and shows the original block, then the final block or pick up. It should be a tool that be used to ensure sales or whomever enters the data does not over block. This would also allow property level folks to calculate block versus pick up percentages. For example, 100 Rooms blocked but only 85 picked up. This hotel in this example then has an 85% pick up and the sales person can be told to reduce the block holds. Further, the hotel manager could then calculate the time frame the block was held, look at potential business that was turned away (another feature you should add) to then drive more action on blocks.

Anaheim Portfino Inn & Suites would also like to see functionality like this; another option would be the ability to simply enter a count of how many rooms are contracted vs. held.
