Turned Away Business Report

There needs to be a report that tracks turned away business. This should come in two or three forms with search dates and totals and be downloadable or exportable. The report must haves would be:

1. Turned away reason during cancellations send over and the hotel can track why its cancelled and track lost business. Consider this to be a Regrets

2. Denials as a result of guests who tried to book but the room type or length of stay or other data prevented the guest from booking so you know demand dates.
