Ability to have folio printed under "doing business as" name, as opposed to hotel name

Margaritaville hotel would like the option to print folios for customers under their "DBA" name when required, as certain customers are not comfortable submitting expense reports etc. with that hotel name. A toggle or similar on the folio selection to chose which one to generate would be ideal.
