Double Postings from F&B Outlets

Good Morning, we are continuing to run into the issue where Aloha tickets that are closed out are double posting on the guest bill. They are not duplicated on the Aloha side as when the audit report and tickets are looked up there are no duplicates. Please see examples below of some bills where charges from Aloha to SNT are double posted.


Please see the amount above for 40.32 as it has come in charged twice on the breakdown.



The three tickets above are examples and we are having to manually adjust at the front desk or at times the guest calls back upset that they have been charged more.
