Since SNT already receives the daily rates, would you be able to upload all into the activity log? The suggestion was to look into the Rate Details however it only allows me to see the current rate. I know that you could If an agent accidentally changed it i have no way to see the original rate. When creating the reservation it shows us always only the first night. I know I would see the changes in the activity log however, when the guest is in front of me I dont have time to read 3 pages of activity log. It would be so much easier, knowing that the rates are visible on the first note.
SNT answer: this sounds like a very reasonable request indeed. However, sadly it is not our current functionality. I would like to recommend you to submit it as a feature request on the link below describing also the business case when the feature would be beneficial.
