more detailed user rights

Dear SNT team,

we would request the user rights to be more detailed. 

E.g. I want to grant someone the permission to add users (maybe also only up to his user role), but not to the hotel details.

Or I want to grant someone the right to refresh the work stations, but not access to all integrations.

Additionally, it would be great if we can grant user rights to individuals in addition to his role. E.g. if someone has the user role Front Office Staff, but in charge for user setup, we can grant him this user right, but not to all receptionists.

additionally, it would be great to grant only view rights and not change rights.

E.g. rate manager - they should be able to see it, but not change it.

as a follow up to ticket 76640, we would also need the right for other roles than admin to unlock users + change their password.
