Refund only what was charged

In the PMS you should not be able to refund a card and or transaction code that was not charged.  This causes a lot of billing issues and incorrect postings.  

This is the first system I have used that does not have this capability.

Cobblestone Hotels would like to see this implemented - not only a transaction code that was not charged, but also not over refund something; example if Gift Shop was charged $5 you cannot refund it $6.
