Please add the ability to separate terms and conditions. Rather than having them all run together have the ability to make the guest agree to individual T&C rather than just one agreement maybe add a cap of like 3 or 4 so it doesn't get carried away with

We have had some issues with guests smoking in non smoking rooms - we would like them to agree to the no smoking policy separate from everything else.
