Create Multiple Confirmation Emails
I cannot believe this comment was from 5 years ago and there is still no solution for this. We need different confirmation emails with different terms and conditions for different groups. Support originally told me this was possible, but after so many different sets of instructions it was concluded that it is not possible for a group, with their own rate, to receive a confirmation email different from a transient guest. That said, we have no way to provide accurate terms and conditions to guests that should fall under different policies. That means we lose money. Please do something about this in the next build. I'm required to explore other platforms to solve this issue and I would much rather stay.
I spoke with support about this topic again today. Primarily about the limitation around custom deposit & cancellation policies for groups to be printed on confirmation emails. We are unable to use 'custom rate' which in turn is limiting our other abilities within groups - but we must setup rate codes for every group so that we can specify deposit & cancellation terms for each group to print on their confirmation emails.

We need the ability to create multiple confirmation emails so that we can customize based on the rate and/or group. Right now the only customization options are re: deposit and cancellation policies. We have groups who have other custom confirmation needs re: restaurant open/close hours, activity bookings, etc. that contradict our current confirmation email stationary. I have no choice but to send every single guest the exact same confirmation email - even though for example, we have a wedding buying out our entire property and our restaurant will be shutdown so they can provide catering. Our confirmation emails state our restaurant hours and offerings which are not applicable for this particular group. For our properties, this scenario for entire property buyouts needing custom confirmation emails happens at minimum 10+ times per year.
