Trying to help our marketing team think through a solution for
capturing guest email addresses that book through a travel agent or tour
receptive. It's important that we retain the TA's email address on the guest stay card so that invoices are
"protected" and sent to the TA rather than the guest in case there is
a variance between the SNT invoice and what the TA has charged the guest (if
that makes sense).
We found that adding the Booker Email to the Stay Card is a good option, but unfortunately the INVOICE does not present the Booker Email option (like it does on the Confirmation option).
