Is there a feature that allows us to ban guests from making reservations? On our old PMS we had a button that allowed us to highlight guest names to let our agents know to not allow them to rent rooms ever again. The button is similar to the VIP slider that you already have on your system.
We recently introduced flagged guests. This will let you mark a guest - it won't stop your agents to take a reservation but you can implement an operating procedure in accordance with this functionality. You can give a reason - so essentially you could use it for problematic guests, non paying guests or ADA guests - whatever works for you.
We are still working on expanding this feature to a number of screens as we speak.
