Merge Guest Cards that have Active Reservations

We have many guests that have their travel agent book reservations that create new guest cards each time a new reservation is made. Is it possible to allow this system to merge guest cards that have active reservations? Currently we are unable to do so and receive an error each time we attempt to merge guest cards. We were able to do this on our old PMS.

Thank you.

Hi Christian,

This is in active development. We will keep you posted on its release!

 Hi all,

I've found a temporary work around for this. If you notice a new reservation and new stay card come in for a guest that has already stayed with you in the past, you can detach the profile card in the current active booking. Then, attach the profile card with the guest's history. Once complete, you can go to the merge guest section and it will allow you to merge the two cards. Hope this helps!

Would love to be able to merge Guest Cards with "active reservations".

THIS IS STILL GIVING US AN INTERNAL SERVER ERROR ALERT...

Cobblestone Hotels would like this as well (and for TA Cards!)

This is much needed. Any update from the SNT team?

This would be so helpful.

Sioux Falls ClubHouse would also like to see this implemented.

The Asbury and Asbury Ocean Club (Sage Hospitality) would also like to see the ability to merge guest cards with active reservations. The workaround of detaching the secondary card and attaching the primary card is cumbersome, and it is very important to them that profiles are merged so they are doing this for arrivals daily.

SNT Team

The Maritime Hotel would also like this functionality

Saillant Hotels would like this!

+ The Gallivant Hotel - would also like to see this for company card and travel agents in the event duplicates are created and in use.
