Problem Guest System!!

Rover needs a problem guest list. Our trainer told us it wouldn't happen for a bogus reason. It's so simple, I don't know why it hasn't been implemented. All it would need to be able to do is allow managers to add profiles to the list and then every time someone checks in, the system will automatically CHECK the name against this list. If there's a match, then Rover needs to present the clerk with a warning that this person is a problem guest along with ANY notes attached to the reason why and an option to override. In the event that a problem guest tries to check in using the zest station, the system just needs to function the same way (check the reservation name against the black list) and if there's a match, the system needs to tell the guest trying to check in that they'll need to check in at the desk and then the system would warn the clerk. I cannot rely on my clerks to just know every name that may appear on a black list we keep written somewhere. It needs to be integrated with the system.

There is no reason this shouldn't already be a part of the system.
