The StayNTouch Support team has received multiple reports regarding Rate Code Edits where access to the tabs "Apply Custom Rate" and "Update Room & Rate" is no longer available. We are currently investigating this issue with our engineering team. However in the interim please use this link to see the workaround available till a fix is identified Rate Edit Workaround . We will update this status announcement as soon as we have more information.
