we have companies, who have a contract with us for both groups and individual reservations, so we would need the rate code made available for both individual and group bookings. Each company has its own rate code at our hotel, so that we are able to track the bookings per company.
If I create a corporate rate code, I cannot use it for groups, even if I add the company profile, and group rate codes cannot be used for individual reservations.
I would suggest making the corporate rate codes available for group bookings, if the company profile (with the contract attached) is attached to the group.
