Days after Booking Deposit Rules Parameters

We have the ability to set a deposit rule for a certain number of days in advance of arrival, but not after booking. One of our hotel partners activates virtual credit cards 24 hours after booking and we want to auto-collect deposits as soon as we are eligible. 

It would be helpful in this situation to set the deposit rule to however many hours or days after Booking Date we need.

ARRIVE Hotels would also like to have this implemented.  Especially now that CA has implemented a new 24-Hr Cancellation Law that allows guests to cancel and receive a refund if cancelled within a 24 hour booking window.
