Alternative deposit/cancellation policies for date range

Sage Hospitality would like to see this as well.
MCR team would like to request this as well. Need the ability to change house policies for specified date ranges during special events like Super Bowl etc.
Waikiki Malia hotel would also need a functionality to set multiple deposit and cancellation policy by Stay Date or Arrival Date for regular season and peak season on one rate code. We need this as soon as possible because it has been causing some customer service issues. Thank you
MacNaughton properties Renew and Lotus would also benefit from this feature as based on seasonality (date range), the rate policies can change and have multiple policies attributed to a rate at any given time.
RevMax Pros, Orchard Hotel, Orchard Garden Hotel, and Acme Hospitality would also like to see this happen.

It would be helpful to have the ability to change the cancellation and deposit rules for a specified date range (e.g. extending the cancellation window from 3 days to 30 days during an event). Ideally we would have the option of setting the policies on a property level, for specified room types, specified rate plans, specified rate types, or for a combination of room and rate plan.
Right now we have these alternative policies in place in our OTAs, booking engine, and CRS and we want to have these policies consistent with direct bookings too.
