ECO TAX - LEGAL REQUIREMENT for MALTA - CAPPING The Charge of ECO TAX to 10 days of stay only

A New Legal leqal requirement has been introduced in Malta so that we have to charge an ECO Contribution Tax of 0.50 Cents per day to all adult Guests. The law states that this is capped at 5 euros per adult per stay.

While we are able to apply this Tax of 0.50 cents per day to our guests - We are not able to Stop it when the guest reaches a stay of 10 nights ( total of 5 euros per adult).

Can you please assist us in order to make us compliant with the local regulations.
