The functionality of the return/repeat guest feature is not working.

In addition as previously reported its does not work well. Just to name a few Tom Mizzone, Jeffery Daily, Gretta Hermes, Elizabeth Conway, Robert Deluke, Eric Bradley

Hello,

If your guests book in a way that creates a new guest card each time (for example, on an OTA), you will need to merge the guest cards for the number of past stays and statistics to be available. Here is information on how to do that.
